Adventure
This web site is owned and operated by Brian R. Smith. "Oh, that
Brian R. Smith", you say
(smile)! Yes, there are quite a few Brian Smith's in the world,
but only one me. I have travelled a lot in my life - to all 50 US states and some 35 countries on six of the seven continents. Sometimes, I actually have an adventure or two.

Back in the summer of 2002 I had
the opportunity to climb with Thomas Barlen (left) the
tallest mountain in Japan, the 3,776 meter (12,388 feet) Mt. Fuji. It was a once in a lifetime adventure. Detailed narrative with exceptional photos. |
| Brian R. Smith does a little 3-ball cascade at a variety of well-known spots around the world - including the pyramids at Giza, Great Wall of China, the top of Mt. Fuji, and Wisconsin. I am not all that good, but I have a good
sized photo collection of me juggling in some out-of-the way places including Asia, Europe, Africa, South America and North America. |

I have just started geocaching at the end of 2005. This "sport" has you finding little caches of various sizes by their geographic coordinates. All you need is a handheld GPS and a compass. My girls like it because it is a treasure hunt of sorts - many of the caches hold small trinkets that you can trade. |
