Caption: A FISH SANDWHICH, just like the one that started Smith Bros. Fish Shanty restaurant, was enjoyed by Evelyn Smith at the firm’s 125th anniversary party July 28. Miss Smith founded the restaurant when she started serving fish sandwiches from a stand on the corner of Franklin St. and Grand Ave., the site the present eating establishment now occupies.
